Get Body Sculpted

This is based upon only professional feedback… I was gifted a 60 min hot stone+ deep tissue massage with this establishment. I have been receiving professional massages from massage therapist for over 10 years and look for a standard of customer service and quality. Upon arrival the two ladies (owner + masseuse) were running behind and explained to me they were busy. After 20 minutes past my appointment time I was set up on a massage table, the table was against a wall and that was weird to me because how do you work around the body evenly? The table was uncomfortable and the face rest had no protective cover for sanitation. The lady began my massage and it was not deep tissue. As the massage progressed she never touched my feet, instructed me to turn over, or evenly distribute to both sides of my body. The massage was very scattered throughout and disorganized. During the middle of my massage another person opens the door, I was instantly mortified! Not only is that uncomfortable, it’s unsettling in that vulnerable situation. The table was two feet from the door. When the massage ended it was not for the made up 20 minutes lost in the beginning, she then offered red light therapy for the inconvenience of the issues. I did not feel relaxed nor provided proper treatment with the massage. The hot stones were interesting and honestly I was very nervous I was going to be burned. I won’t be going back, but I hope things can be improved for the business for its success.

My massage was wonderful. She was very attentive to the areas of soreness and knots on my body, and really got in there to loosen things up. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, inviting. Parking was very easy and it is validated for up to two hours. Highly recommend.

The most horrific “spa” I’ve ever experienced. The foot detox was literally a pop up bucket with herbs sprinkled in, the facial was just aloe Vera gel rubbed lazily across my face and after the massage my back was hurting more when I left than when I arrived because she had me waiting there on that table for over an hour and a half between that and the red light therapy which was also terrible. The lights were falling off of me the entire time and did she come back in the check on me at all? Absolutely not. The yoni steam was way too hot and very unsafe I was literally squatting over a household steamer. I had to request music to be played since you can hear several blow dryers going in the background since this all takes place in a shared salon lofts setting. Music played via iPhone at that and kept receiving phone calls so it really blew my mood. No real privacy and not even a knock on the sliding door. I was even walked in on while changing. Needless to say this was a mortifying situation all to have to pay for my own parking at the end because my appointment ran 3.5 hours when the deluxe spa day is only supposed to take 2 hours. Thankfully I got this Groupon voucher as a gift otherwise I would be requesting a refund. Do NOT waste your money here.

Paid $20 deposit to only arrive and not get access,; no one answers the phone , no signage etc. Emailed cancellation after not being to get in or unable to speak with anyone directly. Business has agreed to refund deposit.

One thing that you can count on is how this place is run. The owner is hard working and wants to make your experience top tier. As a fellow business owner I understand the importance of making sure the experience is worth it. You will definitely have a great experience doing business here.
