Prime IV Hydration & Wellness (Toco Hills, GA)

The staff were genuinely very nice and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall IV infusion experience itself was not great and didn’t meet my expectations. I waited over an hour before being seen, only to be infused in the same chair I had already been waiting in, which was frustrating it was also very cold. That said, it feels like a newer operation, and I’m confident they can work out the kinks over time as they continue to refine their process. For now, it’s not an experience I would return for, but I do wish them success moving forward.

This was the best experience I could’ve asked for! From the front desk to the nurse and doctor, everyone made my birthday one to remember. No one wants to be sick on their special day, but these ladies truly turned my day around. Courtney helped me pick the perfect drip for my road to recovery, and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure I received every supplement I needed. To top it all off, they ended my visit with a Starbucks Medicine Ball and a Crumbl cookie to celebrate! I can’t wait to recover and come back for a wellness experience — truly a 10/10!

I recently brought my teenage son there as he needed some immune support. Dr. James and the nurses were so warm, knowledgeable and helpful! The office is clean and beautiful and they make their customers feel so comfortable in those amazing high-tech massage chairs! My son felt so much better today from the treatment. We will definitely be back in the future.

The BEST by Far! I wish there was a way to give 6+ Stars! The entire experience was better than ever to be expected. We were in Atlanta for a “Perfect Game” baseball tournament. After 5 days of games, I was having symptoms of heat exhaustion. So my doctor recommended getting an IV. Luckily Prime IV has a knowledgeable doctor and staff of nurses who prepared the proper treatment based on my needs. But THE big selling point here was the massage-chair and relaxing room while receiving the IV. If you’re looking for an IV. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE! Left 100% refreshed.

Dr. James and her staff are incredible. I went in feeling pretty crumby with the residual effects of a seasonal respiratory issue. After some IV fluids that included many vitamins and some time in their massage chair, I left feeling a bit better. However, I woke up the next morning feeling the best I have felt in a few weeks. I will definitely be back. A big perk was they also take HSA funds.
