I was extremely impressed with the Membership App! The seamless process to book an appointment, Then when I called to confirm my appointment, I was greeted by Victoria with a friendly and welcoming chat about my arrival. When I arrived at the VININGS location, Victoria greeted me with a smile, asked me my name, and then gave me an option of either doing my service first or taking a tour. I chose to take the tour. Where I met the nurse, as well as another employee named Kyra. The other customers that were there were deeply engaged. in their experience. They were smiling and looked very comfortable. Which made me even more comfortable. I got a full education on the red light service that I received. Every room was spotless, and smelled clean and inviting. When my service was completed, I was asked about my experience and what could have been better. I assured them that the service was top-notch. I was then encouraged to schedule another appointment and both Cara and Victoria shared with me all of the parameters. I will be back this weekend because of the outstanding experience that I received.

My first 6-12 months were quite rough. I’m a huge fan of cryo but a couple of the staff members were a bit lack luster and could NEVER find my member info despite the countless times I concisely provided my information…often times spelling it out multiple times per visit 🥴 However, after providing this feedback and a little turnover the experience has become night & day and I’m thankful management took time to quietly address my feedback. From nearly canceling my membership due to check-in taking longer than the service nearly every visit, to super efficient visits and enjoyable staff interactions during every visit for quite some time now. Thanks guys! 10/10

I recently visited Restore Hyper Wellness, and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they were also highly informative, patiently answering all my questions and explaining the wellness treatments in detail. The clinic itself was spotlessly clean, which gave me confidence in their commitment to hygiene and safety. Their professionalism was evident throughout my visit, from the well-organized appointment process to the knowledgeable and courteous staff. Overall, my experience at Restore Hyper Wellness was outstanding. Their friendly, informative, clean, and professional approach left me feeling confident in their services, and I'll definitely be returning for more wellness treatments in the future. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: after telling me they would refund me for the membership of $99 due to their mistake I followed up a week later as I did not receive the refund. Mason told me all checks out and I should’ve received the refund and he would follow up. Someone else called me back later saying they were not going to refund my membership and tough luck people make mistakes but we’re not willing to make it right then proceeded to hang up the phone on the call. Truly never received worse customer service in my life and hope everyone stays away from this money hungry facility. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care and transparency at this facility. I came to Restore Wellness as I was dealing with dehydration and blackouts, and after my first IV, I felt significantly better. I decided to sign up for a membership, hoping it would help me consistently manage my health. During my visit, I was told about a $99 introductory fee for new memberships, and I expressed my goal of receiving at least three IVs per month. I confirmed multiple times with the staff that this membership would include three IVs monthly. They mentioned that for any specialty IV, there would be a small additional fee, which I agreed to, as long as it allowed me to get two more basic IVs that month. The team reassured me this was correct and proceeded with my IV. However, right as my IV was finishing, they informed me that there had been a mistake and that I wouldn’t actually receive two more IVs for the month. I was frustrated, as I would not have chosen the specialty IV or signed up if I’d known it wouldn’t cover the three IVs as promised. I asked to speak with the manager and was told I’d receive follow-up within two days. After no response, I reached out again and finally received an email as they were closing for the day. Unfortunately, they denied my request to honor the original terms and instead offered a free ingredient as compensation, which was far from what I asked for. Got a call from corporate and they told me I would be refunded the $99. Then when I called to follow up on the refund I spoke to the most unprofessional person at this facility This experience has left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a client. I was looking for consistent support for my health, but what I received was a string of miscommunications and unfulfilled promises. I can’t recommend this place to anyone seeking reliable and transparent wellness services.
