Five stars I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Porter and his entire team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Porter and his staff are incredibly understanding, take the time to listen, and clearly explain everything, which immediately puts you at ease. The front desk team was outstanding—friendly, organized, and so accommodating. They went out of their way to schedule my wife and me at the same time, which was greatly appreciated and shows how thoughtful and patient-focused this practice truly is. The office runs smoothly, feels calm and professional, and you can tell every team member takes pride in delivering exceptional care. We’re very happy to have found such a compassionate, efficient, and family-oriented dental practice and highly recommend Dr. Porter and his team. Outstanding experience from start to finish! The entire office is welcoming, efficient, and truly cares about their patients—from check-in to check-out. Dr. Porter is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain any dental concerns, which instantly puts you at ease. The convenience of same-day crowns is a huge bonus and speaks to how advanced and patient-focused this practice is. The hygienist was gentle, personable, and made the visit very comfortable. I came to Dr. Porter and his team very fearful about a year ago. They really helped make me feel comfortable. I have had Kirsten and Amber for cleanings- and they were very professional and have done a great job. I just finished Invisalign treatment and I’m very happy with the whole process. Dr. Porter helped guide me through the process and I feel really comfortable there and trust everything they recommend and do. The check in and check out process flows really well and I am always welcomed and with warmth and kindness. Shout out to everyone in the office- you all are fabulous ✨

The best dentist office in Charlotte. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Amber was very sweet, comforting and disarmed any stress I had, being as I was overdue for a cleaning. Dr Porter is very down to earth and he and his team always make my visits to. Charlotte Dental Arts a pleasant experience.

From Juli and Heather at the reception, to Dr Porter and his assistants during my IV sedation appointment, everything went seamlessly. They did a GREAT job, worked together as an amazing team, and my teeth look and feel great because of them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
