Everyone is so nice and friendly. The support staff are thorough and handle scheduling. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Michael are very supportive. They are very proficient and knowledgeable and, most of all, very kind. I really liked the atmosphere in this dental office.

The dentists and staff at Southview are great. Dr. Wilson is straightforward and professional and takes the time to explain everything clearly —no rushing, no pressure, and no upselling. They’re thorough, gentle, and genuinely focused on patient comfort. I’ve never felt more at ease in a dental chair.

I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone. From beginning to end, they showcase a great customer/patient service experience. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful getting all of the administrative stuff squared away. My dental hygienist, Jenna is very friendly and efficient. And the two dentists, Drs. Kelly and Michael, who run the place are very knowledgeable and communicative. This is a great spot if you are considering looking for a new dentist office

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Michael Wilson and his team. Back in September, I chipped one of my front teeth and it reignited years of self-consciousness about my smile. My orthodontist as a teen had filed my central incisors, something I’d never been completely happy with. As someone who works in digital marketing for aesthetic practices, including cosmetic dentistry, I’m familiar with veneers and smile makeovers, but I wasn’t looking for or able to invest in a full-mouth transformation. I simply wanted to feel confident again when I smiled. After several consultations with cosmetic dentists in Charlotte, I chose Dr. Wilson because his before-and-after gallery truly stood out, and his virtual consultation felt refreshingly honest. Some other dentists had recommended Invisalign followed by veneers or a full set of veneers, but Dr. Wilson listened carefully, offered thoughtful options, and never made me feel pressured. We decided on two porcelain veneers for my central incisors. My case wasn’t an easy one, as Dr. Wilson had to precisely match the color and translucency of the veneers to the rest of my natural teeth, which is much more challenging than placing 20 veneers made at the same lab. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. The veneers are a perfect match, and my smile looks completely natural and beautifully balanced. Dr. Wilson was intelligent, approachable, and genuinely down to earth, qualities that instantly put me at ease. I finally feel confident smiling again, and it has made such a difference in how I carry myself. I’m so grateful to Dr. Wilson for his artistry, integrity, and care. I highly recommend him, and the entire practice! You will be very happy there!

Dr. Michael Wilson and his assistant were great, both were very personable with excellent bedside manner. I had a 10/10 experience. I went in for Veneers consult and he spent a lengthy amount of with me explaining all options, including less invasive/expensive options I could consider, which I never knew were an option. He is very thorough, especially with his photos. I highly recommended if you’re in the Clt area!
