I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the team was exceptionally polite and attentive. Dr. Rogers was thorough, gentle, and clearly explained each step of my treatment. For the first time in many years, I am genuinely looking forward to taking photos, as I am no longer self-conscious about my smile. I am truly grateful for the quality of care I received. My sincere thanks go to Dr. Rogers and the entire dental team. If you are seeking a dentist who provides comfort, professionalism, and exceptional results, I highly recommend Next Level Dental Studio.

I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism of the billing department at Next Level Dental Studio. During a phone conversation, the billing representative told me, “Even if I could help you, I wouldn’t.” That statement alone speaks volumes about how little regard they have for their patients. I was dealing with a billing situation and tried to offer constructive suggestions on how they could better support their clients moving forward. Instead of listening or showing any willingness to help, I was told that they are “not required to do that.” This dismissive and uncaring attitude is unacceptable, especially in a service-based industry where patient trust and communication are essential. While I am relieved that my account is now closed with them, I would not recommend this practice based on my experience with their billing department. Poor customer service will get you nowhere, and unfortunately, that was exactly my experience here.

After seeing the advertisement for this practice on Instagram, I decided to book an appointment. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. As a new patient, I enjoyed chatting with the Hygienist as she explained the cleaning, as well as getting to know me a little. Dr. Rogers is great, I appreciate the environment he’s created in his practice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I first spoke with Tracy on the phone, I felt welcomed. She was so kind and gracious, and meeting her in person today with that lovely smile confirmed I was in the right place. My hygienist Amber was phenomenal! This was just my new patient consultation with X-rays and gum measurements, but she made me feel comfortable, prioritized, and truly cared for. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows. Then I met Dr. Pernell Rogers what a blessing! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, laid out a treatment plan with options, helped me understand what was most urgent and what could wait, and even walked me through how to work with my insurance to avoid financial stress. I’ve never experienced that kind of care from any dental provider. I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing my care with this amazing team!

I had an average visit. My hygienist was running behind (+30 mins), I don’t mind a wait but it would have been nice to be informed upon check in and/or provided updates. The hygienist was PHENOMENAL. Probably the most meticulous one I ever came across, she’s the reason I’ll be returning. I must of caught the dentist on a challenging day because I didn’t get the friendly, personable interaction that everyone else speaks of….but it’s healthcare, tough days happen so I didn’t take it personal. Overall, a decent dental office and I still refer people here
