Milan Laser Hair Removal

Everyone at this establishment is super sweet, the providers and front desk staff. I always feel like I’m taken care of and the providers listen and adjust if I have a concern. Making appts is easy and the provider is on time and ready for each one so I’m not stuck waiting. I would recommend making your appt when you’re done with your previous treatment since they book up quickly. I have seen good results with my treatments, and the price is reasonable since it’s unlimited even after you’re done paying the total for the treatments you get. Highly recommend!

Had my very first laser appointment today and it was such a great experience! My laser tech was extremely professional and so patient with me, which really helped calm my nerves. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Ive been coming to Milan Laser for about 4 months now and every session is amazing. They are quick, professional and very nice. Today, I had the pleasure of being serviced my their travel RN, April, and when I tell you.. I fell in LOVE! I mean it! April was extremely thorough and veryyyy knowledgeable about everything!!! I wish I could have her service me every single appointment. But for now, Ill just hope she’s in the office on those days that Im scheduled! If you haven’t had laser hair removal or are afraid of trying it, Milan Laser is the place to go!! There’s no guessing here!

Love Milan! Lifetime laser care, best option for hair removal, staff are highly trained and certified. This location is great, the staff are helpful, friendly, and on time! I prefer this location - easy to get to and open parking!

I absolutely love this location however I will say they have another clinic manager assistant actually someone named Jaylin who needs additional support in her customer service. I dont appreciate her lack of respect. Ive been a customer for some time now and never have I ever been treated the way she treated me or spoken to the way she did. When I told her id just wait to call back when the other front desk associate was available she really got nasty. Tyra is super helpful and supportive and not only that there was another super helpful young lady there when I first started. Other than Jaylin I highly recommend Milan. However, if shes going to be my only option for Saturday appointments ill have to start recommending somewhere else or something else. No one should be treated that way.
