Milan Laser Hair Removal

I typically love coming to this location but my experience today was a little different today. I was running late due to traffic but was still within the grace period of 10 mins. I was sent no text stating my appt is now cancelled. I get in the door at 9:29a for a 9:20a appointment. And was told I have to be seen in 2 weeks. I asked about the grace period and the receptionist stated because my appt is 20 mins long there is no grace period. Which I have never heard that before and there’s nothing in writing stating that. She then went to say the estheticians other patient is already there which no one else was in the waiting room. So it seems they took the other person back shortly after 920a which was my appt time and decided just to not see me at all for reasons that didn’t really make sense to me. Yes punctuality is important, typically I call but today I didn’t, to state I would be late because I was driving and in stressful traffic but being turned away with the excuse that the other client was there and being seen already at 929a and the esthetician is booked for the rest of the day didn’t make sense. Why couldn’t I just take the slot that would be freed up due to the previous clients early arrival since my appt wouldn’t take long. I think it was more so of a I’m going to teach her a lesson thing versus a we don’t have time to treat you thing. And I’m not ok with that. So this review is not to say the location isn’t good it’s to say I don’t like the way I was treated today.

I love coming to this location. It always frustrating moving to a new city and hoping you have a good experience at the new locations for your maintenance appointments, thankfully I experienced just that! Nikki is also great. She was kind, attentive, and also informative. She took her time completing my treatment and answering all the questions I had. So far so good!

Nikki is wonderful! She makes you feel so comfortable during your treatment. Everyone at the salon is so friendly as well. Would highly recommend for all your needs!

They take the time to walk you through every step of the process, explain what to expect, and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time.
