Mission Laser Charlotte

We enjoyed our first visit to Mission Laser! My son was invited to a birthday party 🥳 We stayed after to enjoy the arcade games. The place was clean & well kept. I was pleased with how friendly the staff were! I thought the game prize machine was so neat! I had never seen the dispensary for prizes. You simply scan your card to spend the tickets you've won ✨🙌 It was not too busy for a Saturday afternoon. We'll definitely be back!

We recently celebrated my son‘s 10th birthday at Mission Laser and let me tell you, it was a blast! The staff were very professional, engaging and helpful in making sure the party went smoothly and was fun! From start to finish, I have nothing but positive things to say! We selected a private party package and had the entire establishment to ourselves; for our family, that was key! Any questions that we had planning our celebration were answered quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend considering Mission Laser for future parties! Thank you!

My son wanted something different this year for his Birthday and Mission Laser delivered! My experience from beginning to end was incredibly smooth. I mostly spoke with Kurt out of pure coincidence however even when dealing with another rep they were all able to provide ideal customer service. The room is party ready and I didn’t feel the need to bring balloons as the decor already looks great. Mission provides all cutlery and really focuses on making sure if there is anything else needed as you order food and drinks through the facility. And while they take the headache away I passed on pizza as we had an early party but we were able to bring our own cake and that was perfect for our small group. We also had a room attendant that was young and professional and great overall attitude. I forgot to bring candles and he quickly ran to the back and gathered exactly what I needed so we could sing. He let me know what our itinerary was and kept a copy for me in the room. Although I didn’t have to look at it as he came for the group on time each time and had them move on to the next thing. His name is slipping my mind but a fantastic young man that we were happy to have help our group. This was by far the easiest party I have thrown. I honestly had to book it and show up. We will be back for some rounds of game play. In the meantime we have the memories and a Mission Laser shirt they gifted my son for his birthday! Clean facility including the bathrooms, game room, party rooms and inside the laser maze. Very satisfied with our recent visit!! Thank you Mission Laser for making his party look effortless.

Very small arcade room, some games not working & the prizes you could buy with your tickets we're not exciting at all. Front desk staff were friendly. Very little instructions where provided before the start of laser tag. You do have to have 2 hands on the phaser (laser gun) and the position of your hands on it does matter (I learned that halfway thru the game). Points earned varies on where you shoot the other person (I didn't know that until I read a poster in the dark). Apparently, your gun takes a moment to "recharge" after you fire (had to learn that on my own). The laser tag room itself was good, I like that there is no running & I can see way. I saw adults to ages 7 playing. If the vest were to big for a child they only carried a gun & wore a small safety vest.

12/27/2025 Most recent experience. It was perfect. The obstacles, walls, arena creativity, character theme names, A LOT of gameplay modes... It felt so good reliving my childhood. I had an amazing time. Wanna shout out to the people working here on this night. A guy named Richard and a lady with glasses. Very professional, patient, provided a lot of info to new customers, nice, friendly, you name it. They were happy working there and did an excellent job tending to the customers. They did so good that I'm going to try to return soon. Thank you very much for the best night ever! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Fyi, the lady with the glasses love guiding you with the instruction and safety videos before the match begins. Her endurance and willpower to rewatch them hundreds of times... Amazing. Lol. But both her and Richard were both perfect employees equally.
