I’ve been getting Botox/Dysport for over 5 years, and honestly my results with previous providers were always either a little too unnatural or just inconsistent and underwhelming. Then I was lucky enough to meet Kristen, who is by far, hands down the absolute BEST. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and precise, and she truly takes her time to make sure everything is done right. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just repeat, copy and paste whatever was done at your last appointment, she reassesses each time, giving honest feedback, and talking through what will (and won’t) work best for your face and your goals. On top of that, she just so happens to be the kindest, most genuine, fun, and hilarious absolute gem of a human. She somehow makes the whole experience feel comfortable and easy, even while poking tiny needles in your face (which she also somehow magically makes completely painless!) I’ve been seeing Wendy for almost a year. She has done so much for me it’s hard to cover it all in one review. My main issue was really bad melasma that I could never get under control. After a facial, a peel, the right products, and some microneedling, you’d never know I ever had an issue with melasma! At 40 years old, I have the best skin I’ve ever had! Wendy has been in the business for over 15 years and her knowledge about all things skin and beauty is incredible! She truly loves what she does and is so smart! Wendy is such a professional, you won’t find better! She can handle any skin related issue you throw at her! I’ve been going to PPS & Skin Ctr for 6 years and each time I arrive for a treatment, I leave loving the professional results. Holly is my Botox expert, always answers my questions and thoughtfully injects ensuring no sting. Lana is my skin and facial expert who always knows what I need as soon as I arrive. Even the whole front desk team is friendly and extremely helpful. The office is beautifully designed with gorgeous colors and ensuring comfort while you wait. The whole experience is wonderful and so I keep going back!
