Recently went in for a tattoo removal consultation and the experience was incredibly reassuring and informative. From the start, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which helped ease a lot of my nerves. During the consultation, Tiffany thoroughly explained how the removal process works, including the type of laser they use, how many sessions I might need and what kind of results to realistically expect. Tiffany was honest about the timeline and didn’t sugarcoat anything, which I appreciated..it made me feel like I could trust their expertise. What stood out most was how patient Tiffany was with all my questions. She took the time to examine the tattoo closely (size, ink density, age, etc.) and gave me a personalized treatment plan, including pricing and aftercare expectations. While I know the process won’t be quick or painless, I left feeling well-informed, supported, and confident that I’m in good hands. If you’re considering tattoo removal, I highly recommend booking a consultation here it’s a big decision, and having someone knowledgeable and transparent makes all the difference.

Had a lovely consultation for removal of a tattoo on my hand. She was so kind and thorough and informative about the offerings. My technician was Tiffany. Super professional and you could tell she was passionate about it! Highly recommend if you’re on the fence giving these guys a peep!

It was a great experience with 2 wonderful ladies, both named Whitney. After coming in a lil late, they still have me excellent service and warm smiles!

Loved and miss Amanda. She was great. You guys lost a great employee because you didn’t get her any help when she needed it. Now you have more people but the quantity is not matching up with the quality. Do not like any of these new girls. New girl is very rude, she does not even speak. I believe her name is Whitney. wonder if she’s ever even heard of the concept of smiles or laughter. Has no bedside manner and no personality at all. Just very dry. No professionalism. I’m not sure what happened in her childhood for her to be so nasty but maybe she should try therapy. I just switched locations to a different removery which is inconvenient for me because I am the closest to the metropolitan location, but I believe energy is real and because of that, I don’t want her doing my laser treatments anymore. I don’t want her to TOUCH me. Get a better attitude or a different job if this one isn’t the one for you. Miss attitude. Also parking is almost non-existent here. You can get here twenty - thirty minutes ahead of time and still be a few minutes late. As an established client, I already know this, which is why I always show up early to find a spot. Today, I did not put the holiday into account. Tells me the grace period is 10 mins, I was only 7 mins late. What does your next appointment have to do with me? Why are you telling me things that haven’t a concern to do? I knew she was going to do my treatment or we were going to have a problem. She at least was able to do that, good for her. Wonder how much energy that zapped out of her. Why do y’all get jobs in the medical field and don’t know how to have a conversation with anyone? I had to make myself zip my lips before I said something really out of pocket. THAT’S the energy she gives off. I’ve called corporate and left a complaint. Hopefully someone will be talking with her about her nasty disposition and she is more pleasantly behaved going forward with other clients. Maybe you guys should look more at who you are hiring. Just a tip. Been coming here for over a year, haven’t had any complaints until these new people started a couple months ago. Your personality is yuck.
