Michael did a full balayage on my hair, taking it from brown to a beautiful medium brown/warm blonde, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I was in and out in just a couple of hours, which I really appreciated, and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. I also have a sensitive scalp, and Michael was so gentle — no pulling or discomfort at all. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for great color and a great experience!

It took awhile but I finally found an excellent reliable salon. Michael is extremely talented and makes it his business that I always look and feel my best when i get out of his chair. The staff here is extremely professional and kind. They are diligent and always confirm appts ( i need the reminders!). I feel confident knowing i can rely on the folks at Re. Thank you!!

Worthy has done it again… the man!!! He helped me find the right products for my hair as I have been battling oil scalp and sweaty scalp for as long as I could remember… then it intensified.. overall I am an active fitness girly. So worthy recommended the kerastaste shampoo along with a scalp scrub, a scalp brush, and an alternative to hair drying (steaming) and it turned out all so beautifully and my hair smells good too!! Definitely go see these guys!

I’ve been a regular client at this salon and have generally had good experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. My previous visit was a full highlight on over a year of grow-out, plus wash, cut, blow dry, and style, which totaled $270. For my most recent visit, I was specifically instructed to book online as a “touch-up” for $95, which I did. This time, my hair required less work than before, not more. At the end of the service, I was charged $395 — over four times the price of what I was told to book and significantly more than my previous full highlight. When I addressed the discrepancy in the salon, I was simply told that the stylist was “more experienced,” and the concern was essentially shrugged off. I understand pricing can vary based on stylist experience and services rendered, but being told to book a $95 service and then charged $395 with no clear explanation or upfront communication feels misleading and unacceptable. Pricing transparency is important, especially for loyal clients. I’m disappointed because I trusted the guidance I was given, and that trust was broken. I hope the salon reevaluates how services are quoted and communicated so other clients don’t experience the same surprise.
