Capizzi, MD Cosmetic Surgery & Med Spa in Charlotte NC

I haven’t had my surgery yet, but my experience so far with Dr. Capizzi and his team has been wonderful. Dr. Capizzi has been incredibly patient and thorough in answering all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. His entire team has been kind, professional, and supportive throughout the process. I’m grateful to feel so comfortable and confident going into my surgery.

Hi, my name is Delores ,and I was really having issues with my appearance. My under-eyes and deep end sagging of my jowls were making me feel unattractive, so after doing some research, I start searching for a place here in Charlotte, North Carolina and I found, Capizzi, .It has a convenient location. I met the representative at the desk,very pleasant very professional . I met Briana Caporale, RN nurse injector . I fell in love with her. She’s so amazing. She explained every step and it made me feel very comfortable.She did my procedure and I love my results. I feel like I found my home so if you need any kind of work done, I recommend that you stop by this place and you will fall in love with yourself again. ☺️🌹

I love the team here. Especially Dr. Capizzi, nurse Sarah and aesthetician Sarah. They are simply fabulous. Bedside manner and a sincere caring approach make such a big difference. Also very happy with results of my recent procedure (a little lift plus laser resurfacing). I’m barely 3 weeks out and it looks great! Another review! (Feb 2026) I’ve had Hydrafacials before but never one this good! For starters, I wasn’t expecting any kind of spa-like experience but little extra touches like a cozy blanket, a thorough cleansing and mini face massage afterwards not only left me feeling pampered and relaxed but my skin was glowing. I write this on the day after my treatment and my skin still looks great. Sarah V is really good at what she does. 100% recommend.

I had a wonderful experience getting filler for the first time and Botox at Dr. Capizzi’s office. My RN/Injector was very personable and helped me decide what the best treatments would be for my desired outcome. They also accept Care Credit so you can pay for services over time with zero interest. I’ll definitely be back!

You can truly tell he cares about his patients and takes the time to understand your goals.
