Posting this review because I feel like it’s important to share my experience for anyone thinking of booking here. I scheduled an appointment for a Classic Head Spa on 1/10. I was called 30 minutes before my appointment on 1/10 to tell me the head spa machine was broken so my appointment needed to be cancelled. I called back to reschedule for 1/15 at 4:30pm. I call at 4pm on 1/15 and am told there is no record of me having another appointment besides 1/10. I explain the situation and I’m placed on hold while the receptionist calls the esthetician. When I’m taken off hold, I’m told my 1/15 appointment was actually rescheduled to 1/24 at 2pm because no one had come out to fix the machine. No one called me to notify me of this. However, when I look online to rebook myself, not only are there head spa appointments available on dates prior to 1/24 but there are appointments as soon as the next day. I call back on 1/16 (a day later) to make an appointment and am given one for 1/22. I ask if they can confirm that the head spa machine would be fixed by that time and I’m told the head spa machine was actually fixed on 1/10 at 3:45pm, the same day as my initial appointment. Not only that, there was no record of my 1/24 appointment either. You all can imagine my frustration. Immediately, I am hoping I wasn’t scammed because I had already bought a gift certificate for this service… During this phone call, I express everything that has transpired: How was there no record of my 1/15 appointment? How was there no record of my 1/24 appointment? Why did I receive a confirmation text for the appointment scheduled for 1/22 but not the last 2? Why was I rescheduled without any notice or communication? Why was I told the head spa machine was still broken when it wasn’t? I had rescheduled this appointment to 1/15 because I had a hair salon appointment on 1/17. Not only could I have rescheduled earlier if I had known the machine was fixed but why was I given the runaround? Especially for small businesses, I hesitate to post reviews like this but I hope I can save someone else the headache.

This was my sister’s and my first time trying IV hydration, and it was a great experience. Olivia made us feel comfortable. She was friendly, engaging, and had such great energy. We loved it and will definitely be back in about two weeks. Thanks, Oliviaaaaa girl 🥳💉✨

★★★☆☆ I’ve been to Drip IV Wellness and Medspa twice. The facility is nice and the concept is great, but the execution has been inconsistent. On Both Vosots I worked w Makenna M On my first visit, the staff arrived about 30 minutes late. On my second visit, I arrived early at 1:00 PM for my 1:15 PM appointment and was told the service would take about 30–35 minutes. However, the IV drip was extremely slow, and instead of replacing the IV or properly troubleshooting it, I had to hold my arm and keep applying pressure myself to help it flow. I didn’t leave until around 2:45 PM. I’m giving 3 stars because I do think the place has potential, but they really need to improve scheduling and be more attentive during treatment so appointments don’t run so long.

I was feeling awful, flu like. I went to the doctor and tested negative for strep and Covid. They told me to sleep it off. My mom booked me a session for immune boost IV and when I woke up the next day I felt like an entire new person. Absolutely will be doing this again if I’m ever sick. Totally worth it. Staff was friendly, the doctor was super nice. I got to sit in massage chairs with my husband and watch tv and it was quick. Thank you!!

I love drip! They are so affordable! I used them for IV therapy after a surgery. And it helped so much. I also received Botox and love the results and their prices are amazing on that! I also use Drip for weight loss! Keren is amazing and I am 3lbs away from my goal weight!
