Everyone is super upbeat, positive & willing to assist!! Location: good location, good parking, not alit of through way traffic! "DOCTOR O": 1st, her skin is absolutely flawless, she educates you, she LISTENS, Provides Specific instructions to follow, and offers the client options! I like that she provides the positive, areas of focus, as well as affects of not following instructions! You MUST do your part with skin care! I'll be back! Great experience

My first appointment with Dr. Ada was in August 2025, after a biopsy I was diagnosed with ccca alopecia. I was informed there is no cure, but you can manage ccca. Since August I have a good amount of hair growth in the crown area, and no inflammation by following the plan Dr. Ada put in place. Dr. Ada if very friendly, and she has great bedside manner. Our 1st appointment went well. Dr Ro and the team were amazing. The office is beautiful, smells nice, clean and organized. We were in and out in a sufficient time frame and my daughter was given a goody bag for her bravery during her injections. They have updated, modern medical records systems. I'm glad we found Esse!

I am incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr.O. She helped me navigate CCCA with expertise and compassion, and thanks to her treatment plan, my hair has grown back in ways I truly didn’t think were possible. Beyond the results, her bedside manner is exceptional she has such a warm energy, a calm, reassuring voice, and she truly listens. As a pregnant now postpartum mom, it meant so much to feel heard, seen, and taken seriously during a very vulnerable time. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and every visit left me feeling hopeful and supported. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for both excellent medical care and genuine compassion.
