I’ve been researching this procedure for some time and landed on moving forward with Shelly at the shade ink lab and I’m so happy I did! The shop is in a very cute area, when I walked in I was greated with smiles and great energy. Shelly explained every step of the process and continuously ensured I was comfortable. She had good conversation and was very delicate to ensure she gave me the perfect look! She was very detailed on walking me through the after care and the little package pouches were super cute. Everything was top tier with this experience and lastly my brows are perfect and I can’t wait until they heal! I would recommend Shelly and the Shade Ink Lab a million times over and over again, thanks for such a great experience for a first timer!

I love my brows and I am so glad I chose Shade Ink Lab! I was referred by a friend who knows Shelly, so she was the only person I really trusted to do it. Very professional, the space is clean, and all sanitary measures were followed. Shelly provides a lot of information on expectations and the process: from the initial consultation to my recent follow up appointment I felt well informed. Shaded Ink Lab is awesome! The services was perfect..My brows are perfect! The whole experience was amazing! Shelly made sure I was content, comfortable, & explained the process step by step with a very soft-spoken tone…before, during, & after the process! She was so down to earth & her vibe was positively awesome! The pain was ZERO on a scale from 1-10!!! I was referred to Shaded Ink Lab & I’ve been bragging since I got my brows done!!!
