CONSULTATION: My consultation with Crystal was done virtually. She was so very thorough, and covered any and every question I could have possibly had. She was kind, energetic, and very service focused. Crystal made me feel even more excited about my upcoming appointment for ombre brows. PROCEDURE: On the day of procedure, from the minute I walked in, Crystal was very kind welcoming, and although she had not yet had her coffee still very, very energetic!😄😄 She thoroughly explained everything she was doing and everything she was going to do. During the blueprinting, she literally worked like an architect.... measuring..... remeasuring.... checking..... adjusting..... all to make sure that MY needs and concerns were being appropriately met. Crystal is a professional artist in a professional environment with a most professional attitude. And it just so turns out that my eyebrows came out beautiful! She thoroughly explained the aftercare procedure, and I plan to take care of my investment until I can see her again in six weeks and we look at what may or may NOT need to be tweaked.
