I have to admit I'm skeptical when I see specials on Facebook ads. However, Kim reached out right away, even late in evening. I took a chance after shopping around. My girlfriend has been trying to get me to get my eyebrows done for 2 yrs after hers, but I didn't want to spend the money. I got tired of pencilling in my brows and shaping them every time I went out. I also had uneven brows, very thin and some areas lacked hair at ends and spotty. When I saw Kim on day of my appointment, she was approachable, kind, sweet, very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my request and also gave me good advice to get my best look, based on my face shape, eyes etc. Although room was small, it was comfortable & very clean, including her equipments.
