Noelle at East Coast Permanent Makeup is absolutely amazing! She took my over plucked 90's brows and designed gorgeous brows that have brought life to my face! The process was truly painless, she's extremely meticulous and goes above and beyond! She doesn't use a one be all stencil, she literally takes the time to map and draw one hair at a time before getting started. Her office is very cute, clean and comfortable. Her demeanor is fun and she's very knowledgeable. Her experience gave me the confidence to go beyond the thin look and go more natural to my face shape. I'm so thankful for her expertise because she was right and I look phenomenal and younger!! Already have my eyeliner appointment scheduled and I have full faith in Noelle because of the unbelievable job she did on my brows. Client for life!!

Noelle was incredible! I had wanted to make subtle changes to my brows without them looking different and she was able to do just that. Small changes made a huge difference! Noelle is amazing! I am blonde and had a really bad experience getting my eyebrows tinted and laminated so I was very hesitant to get my brows done. Noelle did such a great job shaping them and making them look exactly how I wanted. Would definitely recommend!
