She made me feel welcome, we discussed the process before she began, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She did an awesome job and my lashes lasted so long! I'm not in the habit of trashing anybody's business but I will tell the truth about the service I received. A month or so ago when I patronized this business it was for microblading and I was very happy with my service. But when the scabs fell off there was nothing but a mild shade on my brows. After calling for my followup appt. Briana assured me that she would be available the next week for my touch up appointment. I've been calling repeatedly about my brows and she will not answer. I even told her my birthday was coming up (by text) and needed them done by then. Crickets. And I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she might have had something going on. But I had a friend call and she answered the phone. So she's cost me more $$ because now I have to start the process over. Never again.....
