Grounded Bloom Reflexology

Kathryn is absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough good things about her and the benefits I have experienced from reflexology. Not only is she a beam of light but she also helped me so much after I was in a car accident. I immediately felt relief after one session with her. My concussion symptoms were almost completely resolved and I felt I could think more clearly. I was able to return to work with less pain and better overall mobility. My only regret is I wish I would have gone and seen her right away after it had happened!

Kathryn blew me away with her extensive knowledge of reflexology. Her energy is warm and caring and her space feels very safe and welcoming, allowing you to relax fully. She is very intuitive in her work and tapped in to how your body is responding to her touch. I felt like I was floating after she worked on me. It was by far one of the most relaxing self-care sessions I have ever had!

I just want to express how grateful I am to have met Kathryn. I have been searching for a good Reflexologist for awhile now and have been blessed to have found her. I've just had my appointment with her this past Saturday afternoon, when I came to her I was exhausted and a bit ran down. After my first session with her, I felt better and rejuvenated, I even slept great and had a good dream that night. Thank you Kathryn for all that you do for our healing.💜

I’ve had two 1hr sessions (hand, feet and face) with Katie and both of my experiences were amazing. She was professional, took all necessary COVID-19 precautions and was attentive to my needs. She took her time to assess my needs for the session and the environment was inviting and relaxing. Highly recommend whether for pain, tension, detox or relaxation. You will not be disappointed!
