I just had the most incredible deep tissue massage at this spa and I feel like a feather! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm, peaceful, and welcoming—the decor, candles, and water features make it such a calming escape. My therapist was amazing, really attentive to what I needed, and I walked out completely refreshed and relaxed. They don’t just do massages—they also offer facials, spa services, and many other treatments, and they even accept HSA/FSA payments which is such a bonus! I work at a Amazon fulfillment center in Charlotte so I am on my feet for 10 hours wearing safety shoes. My daughter gave me a spa gift certificate and I chose SoulSpace Petit Spa because I never had a reflexology before and oh my goodness 🤩. This experience was so awesomely amazing. From the time you step into the establishment you feel at ease. The waiting area is peaceful and the receptionist and owner are both so friendly. Michelle explained everything and by the way she has 25 years of experience. She placed a warm infused orange scent pillow like under my neck. She offered me the mask for my eyes but I kept my glasses on. Next month I will wear the mask. The reflexology was so relaxing. I saw blue skies and green trees and just felt at ease. I dozed off a couple of times but I didn't want to snore and scare everyone 😊. I highly recommend that you go and experience this for yourself. I made an appointment next month for the feet and face, can't wait. Wish I could give this place 20 stars.

I received the best facial ever from Shannin! She was very attentive, informative, and professional. The overall atmosphere and environment of the spa is very clean, serene, and relaxing. I 1001% recommend SoulSpace for all of your skincare needs!!

What a great experience! Felt more relaxed as soon as I walked through the door. Kris was great at the front desk. Michelle was my massage therapist and gave me THE best massage I’ve ever had. Will be going back for more.

I love this place! This is my second massage with Ellissa Ratchford and she is the absolute best. Her hands magically melt away the tension, stress, and knots out of your body. She is very intuitive and knows exactly when to apply more pressure and when to linger in a particular spot. Elissa is gifted at her craft and a true healer!
