I had such a wonderful experience with Bridget. She is incredibly thoughtful, gentle, and truly a soft soul. This was my first massage ever, and she made it absolutely perfect. She walked me through everything step by step, checked in with me, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Her energy alone was calming, and I left feeling relaxed and cared for. I also want to thank the location itself for their amazing hospitality. We had originally booked a couples massage, but my partner has psoriasis, which interfered with him receiving the service that day. The staff was extremely understanding, helpful, and handled the situation gracefully—even with it being a same-day change. Overall, such a positive experience. I highly recommend Bridget and will definitely be back!

The 4 stars is for the spa itself, and only because they don't have a nice place to store your clothes and other items, besides a wicker basket-type thing that wasn't big enough. If they had a cubby/cube it would be a lot nicer. However, Jewel did a fantastic job! I received the magnesium rejuvenation massage. I explained to her why I selected that one and she affirmed that it would help with muscle recovery from my intense work outs.This was my second time there, but I had someone else before. I'd definitely recommend Jewel. She asked questions, listened, and executed on my feedback. She checked in and made my experience relaxing. She applied the right amount of pressure in the areas we spoke about and I absolutely will be back to see her!

Came here for a couples message, Auna gave me the absolute best massage, I was so relaxed and she got me so good in all the right places. my boyfriend had Brigitte, he told me it was the best experience and that he had, she got him in all the right places and he felt amazing. These two were amazing, I will 100% be coming back and ask for these two! They were so sweet, so calming and went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Will 100% be recommending and coming back!

I had a relaxing / deep tissue massage that focused on my back pain on Friday 2/20 with Jason. I’ve had pain for almost two months. I’ve tried stretching, exercising, ice, heat, muscle relaxers and was even on a steroid. Jason focused on the pain and I’ve felt so much better since the massage. I was a little sore afterwards, but it was worth it. I walked a lot over the weekend and still no pain. He was also very easy to talk to and extremely professional. I would recommend him 100% (10 out of 10 stars). I’ll be back again the next time I visit Charlotte, NC. Thank you!

My experience here was not satisfactory and the opposite of what I booked and wanted. When I walked in there was no one up front for a few minutes, but I wasn’t greeted very warmly by taylor when she did walk up and she also didn’t apologize for the wait. She walked away as I was filling out the forms and didn’t come back for another few minutes, causing my massage to start late. I booked a light Swedish relaxation massage which I’ve gotten plenty of times from various massage therapists. When Bridgette came in I told her I wanted to focus on light movements on my back. I do not like any sort of deep tissue massage which is why I booked Swedish. Bridgette focused on my back for all of 5 minutes. The rest was her tugging, stretching, and contorting my body in ways I’ve NEVER experienced during a Swedish massage. Every other Swedish massage I’ve gotten was light sweeping movements promoting relaxation. There was nothing about this that was relaxing. It’s like she was focused on the exact opposite of what I wanted her to do. I told her I’m ticklish which is why I kept my socks on, she said well I’m going to focus on your feet anyways, and continues to take my socks off and massage my feet. I told her light movements, the majority of the massage was extremely painful. I told her to focus on my back, she focused on everything else including rubbing all over my face, putting her fingers in my ears, and all in my hair after I just got it done. If I said I want to focus on light touches on my back, I don’t understand what would possess her to do all that. She was focused on stretching and contorting my body in ways that was very uncomfortable. At one point she kept pulling my head in a painful way, and got mad and said “I can’t do this anymore” when I couldn’t relax. The reason I couldn’t relax is because I dont like massages like this which is why I would never book one. I booked relaxation and I just wanted it to be over asap. This is not what I wanted especially not on my birthday. I’ve been here before and had way better experiences; I expect this to be resolved adequately.
