Just wow, no words to describe. Atiya is truly a master of her craft. My first experience with innovative foot spa was exceptional. She explains everything perfectly, takes her time and is so thorough in her work. From the cutical work, filing, steam, and massage I was in heaven (and you get your shoes sanitized/deodorized). I had been having issues bc I have “pincer” toenails and wanted to correct them. Atiya is the only person in Charlotte that can do that. My next appointment we will start that process with the onyfix. Besides the fact it’s such a wonderful service she’s such a sweet person and we had wonderful conversations. This will be the only place I come to get my pedicures from now on and I will be doing everything she recommends to ensure my nail health. I plan to set up my boyfriend with an appointment to start his nail health journey. My feet feel fantastic afterwards and dangerously smooth lol. Thank you so much Atiya, so glad to have found you. Atiya is amazing she is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I had some issues with my feet that I wanted to get taken care of she worked with me every step of the way giving me all the tips to get my feet where I want them to be. Nice shop, great atmosphere. I highly recommend her already have my next appointment booked.

Atiya was amazing!! She listened to my story. She provided a detailed plan of care to get my feet healthy & happy. She educated me on how to properly care for my feet. I noticed a difference on how my feet felt after the first treatment. I was VERY apprehensive about having my nails clipped. Atiya made it very easy. She was caring & very professional.
