Be extremely careful to not miss a payment because you will be discharged without even A warning and no refills on your medication. I called today to have my medication refilled only to find out I’ve been DISCHARGED! They refused to call in my medication until I find a new physician. This practice clearly only cares about money NOT the actual patient. She said they had been having trouble with my bank allowing payment to go through and I was aware of that but I’ve ALWAYS called in and paid. ALWAYS ! They are also aware I’ve been dealing with the unexpected death of my mother & spouse a few months ago ( who was a patient here) So to just dismiss someone who depends on medication without even a notice is unethical and unacceptable. It’s messy and it’s malpractice. They did say they sent an “authorized letter” which I have not received nor signed for so imagine my surprise when I called to have my medication refilled and I am told I am no longer a patient, I have been discharged and will not be receiving a refill. I’ve been on this medication for years… to not even give me a phone call to give me time to make arrangements. They are just going to depend on a letter and hope I get it after 4-5 YEARS of both me and my spouse being a patient, giving them our business, money and RARELY asking for anything in return. Are you kidding me ?? A patient who is also grieving and dealing with the death of my mom and spouse. When I told Phyllis “you know I just lost my partner of 10 years and mother back to back … she replied “ yes I know you have had time” What an absolute DISGRACE !!! She has shown ZERO empathy this entire time. I didn’t even receive a call from Doctor Cardwell either … just business as usual with this practice ! When I had called to tell them he has passed unexpectedly all she said was “yeah we know” … and that’s it !! This same practice was giving him medication such as adderal after a major open heart surgery and on going heart problems for YEARS ! They didn’t care to call in this medicine for 4-5 years like clock work and not even make him come in and check on his well being … even with me calling them many times to ring the alarm !! They didn’t care because he never missed a payment one! I have had a few late payments ( but have ALWAYS paid ) so that calls for a discharge ?? How about EMPATHY for what another human being is going through! This practice is absolutely no better than the group practice that they claim to be so much better than. At the end of the day they are exactly the same …they care about ONE thing and one thing only … YOUR money. Not your health or well being or personal issues. Again be careful not to be late on your payment especially if you are on medication that you absolutely can not just stop cold turkey) because they will drop you ! I now have 2 days MAX to find a doctor, get in and pray I’ll receive medication that I can’t just abruptly stop & the chances of that are absolutely slim to none ! Also … I would like my money back for the month of January. I was charged on and then dismissed without even knowing the same day - the 5th I believe. I will be speaking with my lawyer pronto because this is malpractice !

Great care and immediate results. I've been with Doctor Cardwell for over 30 years. Why won't I leave? The answer is because they care.

Dr Simpson is not a good provider at all - she has no care or compassion for her patients. My mother was her patient for about 6 months and during that 6 months my mother received the worse type of care possible. Dr Simpson is rude and extremely disrespectful. I suggest not going here if you must go here I advise you to schedule an appointment with Dr Cardwell he is a much better provider than her and cares about his patients unlike Dr Simpson BEWARE of her - I don’t want to give her any stars at all - my mother now sees Sr Cardwell now. Many of her patients end up leaving or going to DR Cardwell

Dr. Cardwell was very generous with his time during an introductory meeting even though my wife and I were not yet members of his practice. He addressed all of our questions and concerns very thoughtfully and demonstrated to us that he is an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor who is committed to putting his patients first. We were so impressed we joined his practice on the spot.

LOVE this practice. I have followed Dr. Cardwell for 20 years. He's amazing. Patient and kind times 1,000. This man takes the time to speak with me. No rushing anything in this office! He is always eager to explain my ailment and answer questions until I'm satisfied. His aura is epic. Highly recommend. Especially if you're tired of the run of the mill rat race doctors office.
