Ms. Janet is a miracle worker! I have struggled with rosacea and cystic acne since I was a teenager. I have seen dermatologists about it but could never find a long term solution. At this point in my life I honestly just thought I would have to live with it. In April I had my first appointment and immediately could tell this was different! It was a facial with extraction but Ms. Janet saw that my skin was too sensitive and gave me the facial I NEEDED not the one I mistakenly picked. From there it has been nothing but wonderful! She really takes her time to personalize her service to what you need. It is not a one size fits all approach. I have had a mixture of Chemical Peels and MicroNeedling since then and it’s made such a huge difference!! I haven’t had any cystic acne breakouts in several months and my constant redness is now so minimal I can hardly recognize myself in old pictures! I never believed it could get this good! It looks great and feels so much better. No matter how bad things seem to be trust the process!

Charlotte Spa and Esthetics has completely changed my skin! I have been seeing Janet for over a year and my skin has never looked better. As a woman over 40, I wanted to prevent aging and focus on the health of my skin. My initial appointment was a facial. During that appointment, Janet did a thorough assessment of my skin and recommended additional services to treat my hyperpigmentation and dryness. She provided so much education on how I was hindering the results I wanted to see. I went home with new skincare products and began doing the things she instructed. In about 8 weeks, my face had NEVER looked better!! Janet is now part of my self care routine! I see her monthly and have done several services based on her recommendations including nanoneedling, micro needling, chemical peels, and Celluma light therapy as needed to keep my skin glowing, hydrated, and looking its best!! I would 10/10 Recommend Janet to anyone looking to optimize the look and most importantly the health of their skin!

Charlotte Spa & Esthetics is the number 1 business for taking care of my facial needs. Janet did an excellent job revitalizing my face. She performed a series of chemical peels to remove the years of damage skin from wearing a gas mask during my time in the Air Force, which had caused scaring and other skin issues. I’ve received so many compliments on how great my face looks, and it has greatly improved my self-esteem.
