I love Dr. P and have been coming for year. But his front staff team today was highly disappointing. I was late to my appt arriving at 3:12 because of a traffic accident on the highway. I am never ever late to my appts. I couldn’t call because I was driving. When I checked in the girl in the front said they had to reschedule because of a 10 minute grace period. Someone was being attended to in front of me, and it was 3:14 when they told me they couldn’t see me. I get it, there is policy, but she was so curt and short and kept repeating herself, with zero interest in what I had to say. I even offered to cut the appt short, that it isn’t easy for me to come to my appt, to arrange child care, etc. I truly love coming here and travel 30 minutes to do so, but I left in tears with how cold and callous this girl was. She wouldn’t even bother asking the doctor if he could see me. I don’t know if I’ll be back, and I know the onus is on me, I don’t know what I could have done differently but she could have at least chatted with the doctor. Very disappointing.
