I had a great experience at this location. The office was always clean, neat and welcoming. It was always quiet and relaxing. No other customers were there. The ladies are all very nice. They answer all of your questions and tell you how everything works in detail. They talked me through the process, and everything they said was accurate to my experience. I was able to see great results from the before and after pictures. The one and only complaint is that there were little to no example photos of women of color. I was looking for that as a customer to get an idea of whether the procedure would have different results on a darker skin tone. The lady assured me it would not. She seemed impressed with my progress and pictures and mentioned that they would make good examples. They don’t have to use mine, but I think they should consider adding more men or women of color to the portfolio and website. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. They make you feel like a friend and very comfortable the entire time!!!

This was my consultation visit, so I went in with only surface knowledge of how things worked. Kari was very patient as she measured my areas of concern and answered my questions. We moved from an exam room to the consult room where she explained costs, and financing options Finally, I saw a procedure room, additional before and after pictures, and discussed what my expected results could be. Very thorough and informative.

Staff, facility, and equipment are top notch. However after 2 treatments of 5 cups around the mid section minimal difference that are not really visible. A lot of money for minimal results. Pricing out of the gate was astronomical but they will price match. If you are in pretty good shape I would recommend the tough path at the gym and with your nutrition. Otherwise, invest in an actual surgery where you know a specific amount will be removed and tightened.

My experience at the Lake Norman location was excellent! Both Kyleigh and Kari were so helpful and great to work with! I can totally see the difference in my body after the sculpting and it was 100% worth every penny.
