I’d love to give this place 10 stars, but the system caps it at 5! Luno, Courtney, and the entire team are absolutely amazing. This company has truly mastered exceptional service and accommodations. Speaking with the manager was a pleasure—they took the time to listen to my situation and thoroughly explained their services to find the perfect fit for my needs. The location is ideal, with ample parking, and the facility is immaculate and spotlessly clean. The refreshments and those delicious little protein bars at the front make every visit feel like a VIP experience. Highly recommend!

We have used Hydrate Medical many times. This location is new and staff is awesome. Nurse manager was the best to talk to and she provided guidance on which drip is best. Will definitely come back to this location because of awesome staff. Thank you again.

This was my first experience experiencing this type of service. Unfortunately, although my veins are extremely visible and bulbous, the staff member did not properly install the IV which led to a significant amount of blood having to be poured out and the IV apparatus being reset. Once the IV was reset, it still was slightly painful throughout the service. It was my first time so I don’t want to make too harsh of a judgment, but I certainly am hesitant to do it again.

The nurse and receptionist were both amazing! Great first experience, I will be back!

Courtney has done most of my infusions. She’s friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. Tara was there over the weekend and was equally kind and validating. Everyone is kind. From the front office to the nurses. Kindness trumps everything to me so well done HM for hiring such beautiful humans ti staff your center. Trust is hard fought for in the current medical industry. You’ve got mine. Grateful for your willingness to accommodate needs and create safe restful spaces for healing.
