IVX Health Infusion Center

I've been receiving infusions 7+ years, in various states/infusion facilities, in everything from hospital infusion centers to specialized infusion locations. IVX is BY FAR, the fastest, friendliest, and cleanest facility I've ever been to. Appointments/billing are both easy. The pre-approval process for the facility was even fairly painless. The nurses/staff are efficient and respectful, and the private rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable with an extra chair for a guest as well as TV and complimentary snacks. This location specifically is by the Outlets, with plenty of food options, to include a drive through Starbucks nearby. Oh, and they have fluffy blankets at the ready. 😊

I received my first infusion at the Steele Creek location. My initial impression was that the place was very clean and looked great . For me that makes a big difference, as you’re sitting there for a long period of time. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and I was called back immediately. I felt very comfortable the entire visit and the room was private. I would rather have privacy than sit next to other patients as they get their infusion. There was a TV in the room and I was offered a blanket. I guess my only recommendation would be for them to offer something to drink and possibly a pillow. But I do believe there were drinks and snacks in the waiting room. Overall, the place was great and I will be going back there for the remainder of my treatments.

This was my third visit to this center and as with my first 2 visits I got exceptional service. Nurses were very kind and made me very comfortable during my infusion. Suites are very clean and extremely comfortable. No hard exam tables. You get comfortable recliners, pillows and refreshments. Not your typical doctor's office. Feels more like getting your infusion in the confort of your own home. They are opening a new center soon which is closer for me but the care I received during my 3 visits makes me want to stay right where I am. IVX is the best!!

The nursing staff and administrative staff ensure that patients are made to feel welcome and comfortable from the time you arrive until you are discharged. It's the best infusion center I have ever used.

The forms I had to fill out online BEFORE the visit made me sign my name to information I had NOT received or been told about. I had to sign it to complete the registration for my appointment. It lists a number of documents they say they give you- but they don’t - and you have to sign saying you received them. I’m a little OCD about things like that…. Especially when I don’t know what they are for a medication I don’t know much about! I was NOT comfortable with that type sign in process. The nurse I had was amazing! The procedure was explained in detail and it was over before I knew it. This form of medication application is NOT BAD! I don’t even have a bruise from the IV! As mentioned my nurse was AWESOME!
