Had a fantastic spa day. Sometimes we forget how important it is to take care of ourselves. After spending a few hours here you'll remember how important it is to take care of the little things. I did salt therapy and I feel like I can breathe again. I did pemf therapy (look it up -very interesting) which has already made the numbness in my hand reduce. Then I did a very hot sauna. The staff is great and super friendly. Jennifer was patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I had a great time with Jennifer today! She was so welcoming when I first walked in and I had never done localized cryotherapy before, but I was really excited! I had knee surgery in December and this is definitely a great idea to keep inflammation down. I definitely recommend coming here for a safe and welcoming environment!

Just went for my first time and it was amazing!!!! What a clean and beautiful space!! Jennifer was amazing - i felt like i could laugh and talk with her forever! She did a wonderful job on my cryofacial and I will definitely be back! The Sauna was amazing as well!!! I feel so relaxed and refreshed!!

I had a really enjoyable experience at Rise! Chris was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He gave me a thorough and detailed tour. I chose to do a cryotherapy facial, which I would highly recommend. It was very relaxing and a great experience. Chris and Jen were very personable and took the time to discuss my needs and goals. I will definitely be returning and would recommend Rise to anyone looking for relaxation and recovery.

Jeanne is awesome!! She was very thorough with information as she gave me a tour. She was also patient with my questions. I look forward to working with her as I embark on this self-care journey with Rise.
