Staff is the best. Caring, considerate, kind. The facility is always clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with recliners to take my infusions, a couch for my husband to be comfortable, snacks, drinks, including coffee and creamer. If they don't have what you want they try to order it. I recommend this facility. It gets 5 star rating from me.

Everything went to plan! Great service, great staff, great snacks and WiFi and tv! I recommend highly! The big unnamed hospital messed up trying to get my prescription filled but these people got it done in a day! That’s good service.

This was my second visit to IVX Health Infusion Center in Matthews, NC and just like the first time, it was a wonderful experience. The nurses are incredibly gentle and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was offered snacks and kept well-informed about every step of my infusion treatment, which really helped me feel at ease. They checked in on me regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. Truly the best experience. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism.
