IVX Health Infusion Center

I’ve been receiving treatment at IVX for sometime now, and cannot recommend them highly enough. The clinical team are not only highly skilled and experienced, but consistently demonstrate a level of kindness and compassion that’s hard to find. They manage to make every appointment feel personal while remaining incredibly professional and efficient. It’s a relief to know that I’m in such capable hands.

Great experience at the North Charlotte IVX location! The facility is clean and beautiful, and the staff is the friendliest in town! The ladies were caring, kind and just so nice. Thank you for a wonderful infusion yesterday. I’ll gladly recommend you to anyone who’ll listen! ❤️

I received an infusion at the northeast ivx center. My experience was rewarding . The staff greeted me with a smile as I entered the building. The receptionist welcomed me with a big and pleasant Smile and a pleasant hello . The nurses were very friendly and professional. The nurses kept me abreast as to what was going to take place during my infusion and visit there. The nurses also provided me with snacks and more snacks since i had not eaten breakfast.Before leaving the room I was asked if I needed anything each time they entered or left the room I felt very comfortable and special. It was nice and a warm feeling to get that kind of attention. Please keep up the good work Thanks again for smiles and taking care of me. I am looking forward to my next visit on January 29.
