Caryn is absolutely wonderful! Her holistic approach is incredibly thorough, yet still so comfortable and relaxing. She takes the time to understand your skin and treat it thoughtfully. Recently, I felt like my skin had become dull and tired. Thanks to Caryn and the products she recommended, my skin feels completely revived. She has truly brought it back to life!

I booked a facial with Carin a week before my wedding and my skin looked absolutely gorgeous!! She made me feel so special and heard during the treatment and really took the time to explain the skin care regimen that she recommended. It was the relaxation that I needed before the wedding! I would highly recommend this spa to anyone.

Just had my first service yesterday and WOW. Getting the facial was an all-around amazing experience. She's caring and thoughtful, taking her time to explain what's going with your skin and what she recommends to make it better. Her approach to skincare aligns with my holistic approach. And I love that I could see visible results after 1 session with no invasive or extreme procedures (and I'm 46). She uses highly quality skincare products and is a wealth of knowledge about how to use them well. I don't live in Charlotte, but I will definitely come back through to see Caryn again. I feel SO fortunate to have met her and been squeezed into her schedule. My skin is still glowing and we are both thanking her, lol!

I went to Skin Loft for my first time this past week and I was mainly attracted to Caryn because she had some products that delt with Eczema. I had a lovely experience with her. She asked me questions about my skin, took a thorough look at my skin, and then treated it. I instantly looked soo much better. I felt cleaner, softer and much more moisturized. She even followed up with me a day later with questions and a list of next steps (which I always appreciate since I don’t know what I’m doing lol). Definitely recommend Caryn, especially the new customer service!
