Nevada Dentistry & Braces

Just had all my teeth pulled.... Long overdue. Ebeytjkng went smooth and Profesional service. I awoke from anasyhesia about a minute ago. Yay. Great place for dental work!

Trust me when I say this is the WORST place to get any dental work done. The service of this place is horrible. There’s been 2 times where they seem annoyed at me and not wanting to do their job. So unprofessional. The 3 ladies at the front desk always have a smug look on their faces too. It’s like nobody there cares about the patients only the money. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the dentist who does the braces is a really nice person. Besides that, everyone else seems like they hate their job. Don’t even bother honestly. You’re better off going to a different dental office. This is my last time going there and I hope people realize they can find a way better place to get their dental work done.

I recently called to schedule dental appointments for my children and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk. I was trying to confirm insurance information because their father may have dental coverage for them. While I was texting him to verify the information, the representative placed me on mute. When I tried to get her attention by calling her name, she never responded. After confirming that my children did not have other insurance, I called back to continue scheduling the appointment. The staff then stated they didn’t know who had spoken with me earlier, even though there appeared to only be two people working at the front desk. I completely understand that insurance verification is part of the process, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. Communication and customer service are very important, especially when parents are trying to arrange healthcare appointments for their children. I hope the office can work on improving their customer service so future patients feel respected and heard.

I am not one to write a review on a first visit however the first visit was a dental experience that was as great as the third one. Navigating Insurance can be overwhelming and sometimes a fruitless endeavor. This was not the case with being a patient of Nevada Dentistry and Braces located on Eastern Ave. The young ladies, Karen, Erica, Roseland, Melissa that greeted me on my entry to the office was welcoming, professional and warm. This review does not include all of the young ladies however there were many more making a dental visit painless. With the paperwork done and the on hands on approach of contacting my insurance to confirm my eligibility the next step was as pleasurable and as nice of a dental experience. William did my X-Rays and reviewed them with me. He was open to the questions I asked and provided laymen answers. I tensed up with the entry of the dentist Dr. Tram but the tension was not necessary and a waste of energy on my part. Dr. Tram proceeded to review the x-rays while keeping me in the loop of her thoughts about my dental care and the course of what needed to be done. THANK YOU Dr. Tram. With the exit of Dr. Tram, William who not only did my x-rays but was co-piloting with Dr. Tram again answered many questions that I had. Thanks William from visit 1 to visit 3 your fielding of my questions from the teeth to the insurance was point on and greatly appreciated.
