I’ve been going to Simply Skin for about six years for all of my laser procedures, and I can confidently say the staff and facility are fantastic. Today, I had an issue with a scheduled facial—I was supposed to receive a specific treatment I had never tried before, but at the end of the appointment I realized it wasn’t the facial I had booked. Naturally, I was disappointed. What impressed me most was how the situation was handled. The staff immediately admitted the mistake, and the owner personally called me to apologize and take full accountability. Their understanding and professionalism turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that reaffirmed why I’ve trusted them for so long. Simply Skin truly values their clients, and that care shows not only in their services but also in how they resolve issues. I deeply appreciate that level of consideration, and it’s why I will continue to be a loyal client for years to come.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at Simply Skin. I prepaid $3,000 in full for all my treatments and scheduled every appointment during my initial consultation which is where I was told I got an extra service for paying in full. Today, after one of my last treatments, I was told I have a balance due - even though I paid in full upfront almost two months ago. The front desk claimed I received an “extra” session, but I only attended the appointments that were originally scheduled (except the last one I had to reschedule because I didn’t have a babysitter). I was also told the free treatment incentive for prepaying applied to a different service, which was never explained. It was clearly a scheduling or communication error on Simply Skin’s part; yet they refused to let me leave making me late to something else, and all in front of another customer. It’s almost as if they were insinuating that I added more services on and needed to pay for it, which is completely untrue. If I could get my money back for my unused laser visits I definitely would. Other than that, Mari was great! Probably the only positive thing I have to say about this place.

Simply Skin Las Vegas is amazing! The staff is wonderful and the services are always painless. I have received laser hair removal multiple places before and have never had such a pain free session. The atmosphere is very clean and the service provider is always so kind and efficient. I refer Simply Skin to everyone!

Simply skin has been my go to for all things skincare. I recently had a laser facial done on their newest device called UltraClear. Throughout the process I felt very well informed and educated. The treatment itself was virtually painless, and has left my skin looking brand new! My main concern was my acne scarring. I have noticed a visible difference even after just one treatment. I can’t wait until my next one!

Unfortunately, after 12 underarm sessions, I have only about 10% reduction in hair. I truly think it’s due to variability between techs with some addressing each quadrant methodically, versus others just passing the laser quickly along. In addition, the settings on the laser never changed throughout all 12 sessions. And upon doing more research I think the fluence should have been increased and treatments tailored based on response. There is minimal communication between you and your tech. Basically a 5 min appt to zap you without any mind to how your treatment is progressing. Yes, after my 6-7th treatment with minimal results I started to note what the settings were on the laser. They never changed. I’m truly disappointed to leave this review :(
