Smooth Image Laser and Electrolysis

Just tried to book electrolysis with Mike and I was dismissed very abruptly . He has a Very rude demeanor, and poor customer service. I sent a text message with questions and in the message stated that I had darker skin and just wanted reassurance about the experience of the staff. Mike brushed me off telling me that there are no guarantees, and overall I could tell he did not want to be bothered . He asked me , “what do you have hair on your face or something?” Very unprofessional .He then stated that he was booked out and did I look up another electrolysis location but didn’t know the name , so I know he sincerely wasn’t interested in helping me find an alternative , he wanted me off the phone . I am a 15 year beauty industry professional and know quite about bit about electrolysis and customer service. This was an unprofessional interaction , I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing someone with such an attitude perform a service on me . I guess you have to be a certain type of person/ from a certain community to get respectful treatment since everyone else has great reviews. Glad I was able to speak with him to know to tell others don’t waste their time with such an unpleasant, unprofessional person.

Michael is the ONLY person I will let perform electrolysis on me. He’s the eighth person I’ve used, and only one other practitioner even remotely compares. Highest possible recommendation.

Michael and his wife are so genuinely pleasant and caring, which can really make a difference when going through a process that can have physical discomfort tied to it. He is very thorough and dedicated to making sure he is using the best methods possible to remove your hair. The office is comfortable and he works with your schedule. His pricing is very fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of work he provides. I've been to some of the bigger names and hands down this personalized service definitely beats them.

This company is owned by a man named Michael and his wife, and I have to say that Michael is the most determined person that I have ever met for Laser Hair Removal and Electrolysis, he is also very honest too. In the past, I have been to other Laser Hair Removal places but they were more interested in just taking my money than actually getting the job done in removing my hair. But, ever since I have started doing Laser hair removal and even electrolysis with Michael, I have never met a guy who is so determined to remove your hair, this guy will just keep going and going on your hair areas in one session until your hair is gone, unlike other places that will only zap your hair area once and then they are done. What I find even more interesting is that not only does Michael go above and beyond to remove your hair, but his prices are also very reasonable for the amount of work that he does compared to the competition. I think it is because there is not much overhead in paying employees and/or giant building rental fees (like the competition). I also think it is because he has such a passion for removing your hair that he does not believe in overcharging his customers. Trust me, just try Smooth Image Laser and Electrolysis with Michael once and you will not regret it. Easily 5 or (in my opinion) 10 star service.

Michael definitely gets a 5 star review. I have PCOS and have suffered with embarrassing facial hair for a long time. I have went to two other big name med spas here in Vegas and had very minimal results. After my first laser hair removal treatment here with Michael I noticed results! He is so kind, flexible with scheduling, knowledgeable, and the treatments are affordable. He has made such a difference in my self confidence and I definitely recommend him!
