My appointments have now been canceled THREE separate times, most within 48 hours, and one was canceled just 3 minutes before my scheduled time. I had already arrived and found the store closed. That is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Each time, the cancellation message cites an “emergency with our nurse.” While I understand emergencies happen, repeated last-minute cancellations show a serious scheduling and staffing problem. What makes it worse is that after canceling, they don’t have availability for nearly a full month. How is anyone supposed to stay on track with laser treatment sessions like that? Clients are expected to respect their strict 48-hour cancellation policy to avoid fees, yet the business does not hold itself to the same standard. It feels one-sided and extremely frustrating. If consistency and reliability matter to you, I would strongly reconsider booking here.

Like many other reviewers have mentioned, I’ve had at least three appointments rescheduled. I specifically plan my days around these appointments, so repeated last-minute changes have been incredibly frustrating. What’s been most disappointing is not just the rescheduling itself, but the lack of acknowledgment or care when it happens. There was no real sense of urgency, apology, or effort to make the inconvenience feel valued. I chose this location because of its reputation and expected a professional, reliable experience. I recently called to reschedule an appointment that was cancelled and was told that they won’t open back up again until April which throws off my laser treatment. I would find another establishment that values your time, money and customer service.

I travel all the way from Utah to Las Vegas specifically for laser treatments because I previously had laser hair removal done with this company in California. I booked a one-night hotel stay in Las Vegas, and while I was already on the road, I received a text message saying my appointment was canceled because the nurse was unavailable that day. I explained that I didn’t mind if another qualified provider did the treatment—I had already spent a lot of money on the hotel, and I couldn’t cancel it because it requires 24-hour notice. On top of that, I had already shaved my facial hair as instructed, and my hair is thick enough that skipping the laser session would cause irritation and damage to my skin. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She bluntly said, “We don’t have a nurse. I don’t have time.” I calmly explained again that I was coming from Utah and that this situation was very costly for me. She responded with the same rude attitude, saying there was nothing she could do, raised her voice, and then hung up on me. This behavior was completely unacceptable and shockingly disrespectful. I have spent over $4,500 at this laser center so far (and that doesn’t even include the fact that my face was burned twice during previous sessions, which I chose to overlook at the time). This is not how you treat paying clients, especially loyal ones who travel from out of state. I will be pursuing this matter legally. Extremely disappointing experience.

I was rescheduled twice due to staff issues and finally rescheduled for yesterday at 10am. Drove 25 mins to be there on time so I don’t get charged, only to call them because no one was there and there was an Amazon package waiting for someone to come get. The agent that answered had me on hold for 7 mins and came back to say “sorry but the staff called out today”, no call or text to let me know but a million to remind me of the appointment and that I will be charged for late cancellation or no show. What is going on? Are they closing? How does the agent not care? “Sorry” was all I was given…. Oh and that as a “courtesy, they will not charge me” I just laughed and said thanks, bye. Just beware when making appointments.

Beautiful space, staff was so friendly and accommodating !! Made me feel super comfortable and the laser hair removal was painless and tolerable. Highly recommend coming here !!
