I came for a consultation and unfortunately did not have a good experience. When I said the price was higher than I expected, the doctor became dismissive and started commenting on my lips even though I didn’t ask about them. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also asked the front desk to remove my credit card from the system and was told it would be done later, which I was not comfortable with. I ended up asking them to remove it immediately and leaving. I hope they improve how they treat patients during consultations.

I recently received several treatments at this medical spa, including lip fillers, Dysport and PRP, and I am truly impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by Thomas Pulice. As a 45-year-old, I had started noticing signs of aging and some dullness in my skin. After my treatments, my skin looks refreshed, radiant, and more youthful than it has in years. I’m receiving compliments now on how great my skin looks — something I never even heard in my 20s! Thomas is incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about achieving natural, beautiful results. I’m so grateful for his work and highly recommend him to anyone looking to restore their glow and feel confident again.

Was here about 4 years ago, got the PRP injections. I received no benefit from them and ended up with scar tissue all over my private area, from the large gauge needles used. It is unsightly and feels terrible. It is a bunch of little bumps all up the shaft. I could not in a million years recommend this place to anyone. Their solution to the problem was 25% off my next treatment, lol. Why would I go back to get even more disfigured? Save your money, save your body from damage, it is not worth it and I saw no benefit only downside. The procedure itself was very uncomfortable there was a camera in the room where you undress and have the procedure done. I cannot overstate how much I regret doing this.

Instead, Thomas suggested a combo of Sculptra, Restylane, and Dysport. I’m not exaggerating when I say that within 45 minutes, I had the same face I had 10 years ago. Not puffed. Not frozen. Just returned to myself. Thomas is funny, precise, a total wizard, and clearly working on a level most injectors aren’t even aware exists. If you want someone who actually understands facial movement, symmetry, light, and restraint, this is your man. I can't thank Las Vegas Aesthetics enough, I'm so grateful for my glow-up!
