Rachel was an absolute Gem. She was able to answer all my questions prior to my service appointment. She was super professional and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I had my brows done a few years ago with someone else and wasn't really happy with the results so I was a bit unsure if this time it would turn out better. Let me tell you. I was so thrilled with the results. My brow recovery was super easy and I really love how she made sure to get the shape perfect even before starting. I am going back for a touch up but not because any type of fading, only because I want to ensure that I can continue to have the great shape for an extended period of time. I will definitely be back to see Rachel again when it is time to complete the process again way down the road. Her pricing is also Super!!!!!
