Avoid at all cost! bad customer service! wont respond to your appointment request after you paid package ,I was late one time on appointment her door is already close shut after just few minutes tried to get appointment again feels like you begging knowing i already paid 500$ for full treatment as soon as i get frustrated over the text she tried to explain things i’m not aware of read the reviews their accurate I paid her 500$ cash Corinna Rose wont give refund bring your business somewhere else only did 2 sessions for her tattoo removal it didn’t even made a dent on the tattoo she told me even just 1st session you will notice tattoo already fading all lies, youve been warned future clients business name is LAS VEGAS ERASED LOUNGE avoid it if you value your hard earned money

My wife purchased a Groupon and they refused to honor. Staff was rude and said she would charge $650 (quickly down to Groupon + $100). Wasted our time, gas money and now need to wait for Groupon to refund.

Showed up on time for my appointment- the doors were locked. I texted the number on the door (and called) and when I received an answer, I was told my Tuesday appointment was put in for the wrong day. The person elaborated that there was a mix up because their “calendar was swiped out” …Not too happy I drove the 30 minutes for nothing. Plenty of reviews point out the unprofessional manner in which this business operates- I should’ve listened!

I dont think she is licensed to remove tattoos will give you untrue info ( she told me to come in every 3 to 4 weeks for tattoo removal which is not safe) and might not even show up to appointments and rushes you in and out she just would straight up, start putting the laser to my face no numbing cream nothing and no aftercare afterwards would not recommend for tattoo removal

I had appointment for 3:00pm today 8/10/2021. I got there in time. While coming in the only employee was clean the office that was quite messy. I explained her i was my first time getting a tattoo removal. She doesn’t give a good consultation she was like in a rush. She handle me a pair of eye cover that were really dirty. She numbed the area less than a minute and started the process. As soon she started i was in pain but all she told me it was to hold it. Again put ice for less than a minute. I haven’t being numb at all. She continued with the painful process without any concerns until she finished. So bad from me I didn’t read the reviews before getting the service. Awful reviews for this business. With this unprofessional service for sure that business is not going anywhere that closing for the bad customer service. Im a hairstylist i i know what customer service should be. I encourage you not to support this business and staff.
