I recently had an appointment here and unfortunately left feeling uneasy about the overall experience. When I was called to the back and shown to the exam room, the staff member who brought me back did not greet me or make eye contact. While this may seem minor, those small interactions help set the tone for a patient visit. The tone used while asking questions also came across as somewhat condescending, which made the beginning of the appointment uncomfortable. The dermatologist treated me fairly during the consultation. However, there was a moment where I was mistaken for another patient and asked how a previously prescribed treatment was working, even though I had never received that treatment. I happen to know the other patient had been given an injection, while the only options presented to me during my visit were topical creams. The mix-up was corrected, but it still made the interaction confusing. While discussing the medication that was prescribed, I asked a few questions so I could better understand how to use it. During that moment, the assistant appeared to sigh or show frustration, which made me feel like I was being a bother for asking reasonable questions about my treatment. When the visit concluded, I was not given direction on where to go next or even a simple closing such as “have a nice day.” I ended up finding my own way out of the office. I want to emphasize that I’m generally a very easygoing patient and understand that medical offices can be busy. However, the combination of these interactions left me feeling uncomfortable by the end of the visit. To be fair, the front desk staff were great and very pleasant to interact with. I’m sharing this experience as honest feedback in hopes that patient communication and overall attentiveness during visits can continue to improve.

I saw the PA Pauline yesterday, Dr. Candace wasn't available, as I noticed something on my body, not sure if and when it came about. Pauline was very thorough in her exam, told me my next courses of action. I just hope that I get a call from the office for the biopsy, which has to be done by the surgeon there. I went for my bloods this morning, set up the required CT scan as advised, I can just hope for the best now. I was taken back what the possibilities could be.

Very positive experience! From the front desk to the exam rooms and doctors. They are very timely getting me in for my appointment each time. Special shout out to the following: Dr. Mitchell. He removed a skin cancer on my neck and did an awesome job sewing me up. He is very caring and friendly. Also, Asheya and Alexis were very helpful in helping Dr. Lyon. Dr. Kate Pham is very thorough, kind and funny in checking for skin cancers. She also preformed the initial biopsy. She did a great job! I highly recommend the entire staff for any Dermatology or plastic surgery.

I’ve been a patient of Couture Dermatology for many years and Dr. Candace is wonderful! She is an excellent doctor as well as having the best personality. One thing that I really appreciate is that if I have a question about something that she might not be sure of at that moment, she always finds out the answer and follows up with me in a very timely manner. The office is beautiful, in a convenient location and the staff are always kind and professional. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

When NO other Doctors could figure out how to help cure my illness, or even diagnose it correctly, Dr. Candace Span did. She knew what tests to order and how to treat with success what my condition was and is. She saved me on many levels. She continues to provide me and my family the best care and cures ever. She diagnosed 100% accurately, Dr. (Candace Spann )and 100% knew what I have and how to cure and help me The staff at and other Drs and nurses are excellent at caring for patients . I and my family are most grateful ,! I feel like I have been given another chance at enjoying life once again. Dr Spann and her Staff are very caring, Kind and professional. Brilliant and The BEST! You may have to wait a bit to get into see her but Sge and her other Drs are worth the wait and truly are the best !
