I came in for my first IV treatment, and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. I appreciate Natalie for ultimately comping the service, especially since I did not receive the full—or even partial—treatment I paid for. My original appointment was at 3pm, but they asked to reschedule it to 4pm, which was only an hour before closing. Pros Friendly and pleasant front desk staff Clean office Recliner chairs (though not very comfortable) Cons The construction noise was overwhelming. There was nonstop drilling, banging, and high‑pitched screeching sounds that were physically uncomfortable....it went straight to my teeth. Ouch! Nurse Maria was cordial, but not an honest person. First, it took several attempts for her to find a vein, which I was willing to overlook. However, she claimed the difficulty was due to “scar tissue,” which is untrue—I rarely get IVs, and my veins simply roll. I requested a butterfly needle, which she used, and we eventually got the IV started. Yay! As time went on, she mentioned the IV was dripping slowly because of the smaller needle (so it was placed in a sleeve to squeeze it and help move faster). I didn’t mind waiting as long as I was receiving the treatment. However, about 10 minutes before closing, she came in and said they had to shut down for the day. She removed my IV bag—which was inside a sleeve to speed —threw it in the trash, and claimed it was “almost empty.” I asked to see the bag. She seemed surprised but took it out of the trash and tried to empty it further before showing me. Even after that, the bag was not even halfway empty. She then told me I could “come back another day to finish” and walked out. The lack of transparency was disappointing; I would have understood if they simply needed to close for the day. At checkout, I was initially charged the full price. I explained that I didn’t receive my full treatment. Natalie asked if I wanted to pay half, but since I only received about one‑third of the bag, I said I was willing to pay for that portion. She ultimately waived the charge, and I left—this was my first and final visit. I know this is a long review, but I felt it was important to share an honest account of my experience.

Parie Med Spa is absolutely amazing! The space is super clean, calming, and beautifully maintained. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They are incredibly patient and take the time to explain everything step by step, which really helped me feel at ease and confident throughout the entire process. The services are top-tier, and you can truly tell they care about their clients and their experience. I always leave feeling good, refreshed, and taken care of. Highly recommend!

I have great skin ~ not by accident. Good products and good genes, but facials are a must. I am a senior citizen now & have new concerns about my face. Went to Parie today for their Signature Facial. OMG. In 35+ years of beauty routines, I know knowledge when I see it. They truly know what to do with skin. Ana was my tech but the whole staff needs an atta-boy. Sincere and smart.

They are scammers! Be aware! I booked an appointment, and they canceled it for no reason. The so-called manager sitting behind the desk practically hiding from clients tried to talk to me, but couldn’t explain how my confirmed appointment was canceled. Rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional — she didn’t fix anything and basically told me to leave. To make it worse, they bombard you with calls, texts, and voicemails every hour. Terrible customer service!They should be reported.

I had the most wonderful facial at Parie Med Spa. I was extremely impressed with the service I received, especially from Brianna, who administered my facial. They have me as a customer for life Also my skin looked and felt a lot better after my facial. I am very happy with the results and it was only my first time!
