I really appreciated her friendly follow up and could tell she cared about improving my experience, so I’m boosting the ratings. Original review:I hate when a business packs their reviews with 5 star ratings by offering discounts on services. I should’ve walked out the door right when I saw the sign offering a $20 discount in exchange for a five star review. The facial was very basic, it used some cheap Chinese powder mask from Amazon. That’s $25 for a massive tub. I got the hydrafacial with 24k gold mask—well, I took a pic of the tub and it’s from China, doubtful about the quality, you can draw your own conclusions. My esthetician interrupted my treatment two times to deal with another client and people coming to the front door and calling. Over 15 minutes I was just laying there waiting for her to return. And the treatment itself was cut 10 minutes short. No massage to arms or neck/chest. Half the time was under a red light with esthetician gone. Very sub par facial, I won’t be back. The esthetician was very nice though, and the space was cutely decorated, but I didn’t feel this was a good value at all. I paid $50 in Ubers just to get here and back from my hotel. I regret not trying a different place.

I recently had the Microdermabrasion plus Enzyme Facial at Benefit Aesthetics, and I’m beyond impressed! The results left my skin glowing and refreshed. The clinic was spotless, offering a wide range of services to choose from, and the beautiful office aesthetics were just a bonus to the experience. Nadia, who did my facial, gave an amazing treatment—she really put her heart into massaging my face, neck, and shoulders. Erica signed me in with a warm welcome, answered all my questions, and both ladies delivered top-notch customer service. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the experience and can’t wait to return!

I’ve been to Benefit Aesthetics 8 times for a couple different procedures. Great staff, kind, and the location is kept pristinely clean. I’ve done both EMS and Ult therapy with Erica - she’s knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease every time I visit.
