She explained the entire process before starting and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The facial was so relaxing. My skin feels deeply cleansed, hydrated, and refreshed and is noticeably smoother and brighter, What I appreciated most was how attentive Nikki was to my skin’s specific needs. She customized the treatment perfectly and gave me helpful aftercare advice to maintain the results. If you’re considering a facial or dermaplaning, I highly recommend booking with her. Being fairly new to facials and having experience with only one person I was floored at the difference I experienced with Nikki. She truly took the time to talk to me about my skin care routine and examine my skin before giving me the best service for my skin needs. She explained everything along the way as I relaxed in her beautiful and clean room. She’s so knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. My skin was visibly and very noticeably better after one treatment. The only downfall for me is I live on the other side of the U.S. or she’d have me as a regular client without a doubt.
