I echo the general sentiments of the other reviews about the facility, quality of service and the provider. I was looking to try wood therapy lymphatic services & found this on Class Pass. Months later and I am still seeing Jocelyn for the Wood/Ice treatment. The space is meticulously upkept and I've never seen anything that's made me question cleanliness standards. I can expect the same high standard each time I arrive. Scheduling is easy, even if my schedule gets weird and I have to move things around. I can easily send a text and move things around as needed. The office itself is accessible for me and is in a decent area so even if I'm there later & one of the last cars in the lot, I'm not worried about safety. As for Jocelyn, I believe she is talented in several services but she's really a people person and throws in education along the way. We've talked about the body and things to try/research when I'm having issues and she's always got something constructive to offer. That's an important quality for me in a long-term provider because care extends beyond just your session. As for the Wood therapy, it might look crazy but it's not uncomfortable at all. It's the ice portion that might feel jarring especially after the wood. It's a unique service to try and I can see how the ice part might not be for everyone but it's worth a shot if you're looking for non invasive ways to get your system moving.

Jocelyn is the best! Very welcoming, clean space and great service. Booking is easy through the website/app - who doesn’t love an easy booking process from wherever you are. I’m a busy mom of 2 (about to be 3), I just wanted a really good facial. I was kidding myself trying to fit in a facial at SOS since it was down the street. The facial was mediocre at best and they just used creams. I needed someone to extract the gunk, refresh my face, and make me feel like I walked away from a good 1 to 1.5 hour spent. I was referred to Jocelyn very quickly. Took advantage of an amazing special during the holidays and have been seeing her each month. From the first visit, she took the time to listen to what I’m looking for and hoping to expect out of a facial. I chose the Hydrofacial/Dermaplane and it sets the standard from now on. Even if you don’t go monthly, give her a shot and see where that goes. See you soon, Jocelyn!

I came in for a facial and left with a new friend. Jocelyn did a spectacular job of taking care of my skin and explaining what I can do to improve its health. She emphasized that skincare doesn't have to be complicated and is easier than I had imagined. I love this place! Jocelyn has been doing my facials the past few months now and I can definitely recommend her. My skin has improved so much even within the first 3 months of sessions. They offer plenty of services, I usually go for the celluma led light therapy and it’s amazing. This place has helped me so much with my skin to the point I enjoy being make up free most days now. Had such a great first experience with Jocelyn today! The office was clean and beautiful and her room specifically had a very cute bohemian style going on! The facial itself was great and Jocelyn did a great job when it came to educating me which I thoroughly enjoyed! Not only did she give me a set of free samples from a skincare company I was inquiring about pre facial but she also threw in a an added service. She also took the time to give me some post care advice. Overall fantastic experience and i've already made my next appointment!
