I decided to try something new I'm 3 months post partum second child really not feeling that into my new body and look and in general feeling low motivation to workout I'm still just sore. I booked an appointment with Shani she was extremely friendly makes you feel comfortable and has a ton of knowledge. I started my appointment with Ultrasonic Cavitation it's the trippiest coolest thing you have to try it! After did the part that felt like an amazing massage and ended with some ice therapy as I'll call it. All which I loved!!! Nothing is painful it's just all transforming your body to how it should be. You see results right away. Highly recommend just trying it. It's addictive
