Be Aware Before Joining (Strict Policy & Unyielding Management) I had a 6-month membership with Sculpting Sanctuary, paying $169/month for one session per month. Their same-day cancellation policy charges a hefty $75 fee. I understand the reasoning, technicians are scheduled and need to be paid, but I believe there’s room for fair compromise. The first time I had to cancel on the same day, they waived the fee, which I appreciated. The second time, due to an unavoidable work conflict, I offered a reasonable alternative: skip my session for the month (no makeup appointment) so they would not be paying the technician twice. They refused, insisting I still pay the $75, even though my membership already covers the cost of the service whether I attend or not. I began coming here in April and had several sessions in the first couple of months before signing up for a maintenance plan. While the technicians, especially Zoey, were wonderful, attentive, and personable, I can’t say I’ve seen enough consistent results to fairly assess the long-term effectiveness of the treatments, as I likely haven’t been attending long enough. This rigidity has cost them a customer. I’ve decided not to use my remaining two sessions and will not be renewing. In today’s economy, where beauty services are a luxury, businesses should understand that flexibility fosters trust and loyalty. Instead, this experience has shown me that here, policy comes before customer care. If you’re considering joining, be aware: unexpected same-day conflicts could cost you nearly half your monthly membership fee.

Decided to try a non-invasive treatment to fixing my under eye bag area. I originally was set on an under eye Bleph. I did one treatment today and am loving the immediate tightness and results

Nobody has returned my phone calls in three weeks. They took $500 of mine for treatment, but when I show up the door is locked and the website doesn’t exist anymore all of a sudden. I can’t get a hold of anybody. I left a complaint with the BBB. Let’s see what happens.

Zoey was amazing! Very friendly and clean place . My results are perfect I plan to come back here for my treatments. I got results fast and compliments. It’s worth it ladies!

Overall this was a great experience. My results were acceptable but I don't have a lot of fat to remove, it was mostly tightening, which I understand takes more time. Zoey was my aesthetician. She is super friendly and always well prepared. She always made me feel welcome and she provided great service. This program does require a commitment in both money and time but after summer, I plan to return and get some other work done. Sarah is really easy to work with as well.
