Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Summerlin (Las Vegas)

This is my first time and experience here at Prime IV in Summerlin. It is very clean and comfortable in here! Kaitlyn and Alicia are so helpful and kind. Very informative and knowledgeable about the drip and IV process. I am writing this as I am receiving my drip and getting a fantastic massage on the chair. Relaxed and excited to come back! Membership is a great deal for all of the perks you receive! Thank you! :)

I had a really great experience at prime IV. From the moment I walked in the door with the receptionist then the consultation and the nurses who took care of me. I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks. This is definitely part of my new wellness routine. Thank you Summerlin prime IV

I have been a member here for about 3 months and absolutely love it. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful - and when I say everyone, I truly mean EVERYONE there. I have not been as consistent as I could be with my membership and Monica was kind enough to create a plan for me based on my goals. The IVs themselves are life changing and they have so many options. Compared to a lot of other places in Vegas, prices are unbeatable.

Love. Love. Love. Everything about this place is great! The staff is fabulous and the IV’s are heaven sent!! I’m here every month, not only taking care of my health but a little self care in the massage chairs with some oxygen isn’t bad either!!

I would not recommend this prime iv location. I frequent prime iv and choose this company when traveling out of state as well and have never experienced any issues until visiting this location. They are independently owned I learned. I called and made an appointment and spoke to the front desk before coming in about what I wanted to book in for and they went over everything with me. When I showed up to my appointment after driving 20 mins they informed me they did not actually have what I booked in for, or the proper ingredients. This was a waste of time when I could have chosen any of the other prime iv locations in Vegas that have exactly what I was looking for. Luckily after this mishap the Centennial location came to the rescue, but I will not be returning to the Summerlin location when it seems the staff isn’t trained properly.
