I had an incredible experience at this dental office. I went in for composite bonding and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. My teeth came out perfectly even, polished, and natural looking. Dr. Moya was so attentive and his assistants! I can see how committed they are to making sure you walk out with a smile you love. What impressed me most was the level of care and precision they put into every detail. I left feeling so happy and confident with my results that I’ve decided to switch over and make this my new permanent dental office. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish! ✨

This was absolutely the worst trip I have ever had to the dentist. I called way in advance to get an appointment to get a game plan on fixing somethings with my teeth I also asked if they did cleanings. They did. So I added that to my appointment. Worst. Mistake. Ever. Dr Jasmine did my cleaning and when I came in they had a welcome banner for her so I assume she was new there. My mouth was literally in pain for two days after the appointment from the cleaning , the cleaning was a rushed, sloppy,and painful. Before doing the cleaning I said I had very sensitive teeth , and during my cleaning I made it clear I was in a lot of pain. That’s when she responded and said that this tool just works the best and goes faster than the other type .. she was using a water pick scraper thing instead of a normally scraper.. and not being gentle at all even when I made it so clear I was in a lot of pain she continued to be very aggressive . She told me to let her know if I needed a break but honestly I was at the point of get me out of here I do t want to prolong this and I don’t actually feel like I can tell her to stop. After she finishes scraping my teeth she goes to clean them , once again extremely rushed and hands down the messiest cleaning I’ve had, she was getting the toothpaste on my cheeks/lips from it flying off the tool or dropping off the tool, she told me that she wasn’t a dental hygienist , and the dental hygienist people are like cleaning fairy’s and she just wasn’t one of those and that’s why everything was so messy. After she put floride on and got it allllll over my lips too. I won’t be going back. I made an appointment because there are really good reviews but honestly I’ve never had an experience that bad in my life, I’ve also never had my teeth hurt for two days after my appointment. Everything was very rushed and painful.

Polite, Welcoming, Friendly, Professional and Competent Staff. Very caring, and genuinely interested in making sure you are as comfortable as possible. My mouth is very sensitive and when I shared that, they listened and checked in with me here and there to make sure I was doing well. Def highly recommend this place!

Katherine was welcoming and personable from the very first phone call. When we walked in she greeted us by name! The hospitality is always displayed by everyone we come into contact with, these days that’s saying a lot, since we all seem to be over worked. Dr. Gutnik is very detailed, sits down with us and explains the whole process of my husbands dental needs and answers all our questions. Rico is funny, welcoming and makes sure my husband is comfortable throughout the whole process of every appointment. I’m very satisfied with the dentistry and how they seem to go above and beyond for their clients. I would recommend to anyone that asks. This has been a long dental journey for my husband and They are still absolutely amazing from their hospitality to their care. We are so lucky to have found them after so many other terrible dental experiences in the past with other clinics. Thank you Dr. Gutnik, Katherine and Rico for being the best of the dental health care field. And Enzo, my daughter loves visiting because of the dog! Just the cherry on top!

I've been to Portland Smile Design twice, once for an initial exam and cleaning, and then twice for filling 3 cavities! (that's what happens when you haven't been to the dentist in years!!). Both times have been such pleasant experiences, from friendly interactions with the front desk and dental assistants to Dr.Moya putting up with all my post procedure questions! I appreciate the wonderful service!
